Bell Tent hire in Harrogate & surrounding areas of Yorkshire for children′s parties, sleepovers, family glamping, Christenings, Baby reveal celebrations, family gatherings & wedding activity tents or

almost any events from April until September.

All our tents are NEW in 2021 from some of the UK’s leading Bell Tent suppliers & are waterproof.

We have 3 metre, 4 metre and 5 metre Rainbow tents as well as a heavy duty 5 metre sandstone

fire retardant Bell Tent.

We are currently only hiring the Bell Tent out for two nights, due to Covid measures.

The Rainbow Tents are perfect for Children’s parties in our beautiful Bell Tents where we can provide everything you need for the day including the entertainer, princess or superhero to entertain your little ones or, if you just want to hire the Bell tent, all beautifully decorated. We can provide the tent themed to your choice with either gorgeous designer children’s chairs and low level tables or cushion and picnic style tables for them to sit at, together with all the finishing touches to create your magical memories that you dreamed of. We can even provide some outdoor games for your little ones & not so little ones to have fun throughout the day. If you just want Bell Tent Hire and no trimmings, that's fine too!

All bookings include delivery within 10miles of HG2 9QG where we will set up your tent & furnish/decorate as per your package you have booked.

Travel cost apply over 10 miles and we can only accept bookings within a 30min drive away.

We ask for £50 deposit to secure your booking, an additional damages deposit is required which is then returned within 7days of the booking, providing there is no damage or missing items. The damaged deposit depends on the package.

At the moment there is a minimum two night hire package, unless it is Children's party package

detailed further below.

Which size tent should I book for a sleep over?

3m Bell Tent Ideal for 2-3 people sleeping will need a minimum space of 5m x 5m

2/ Children’s Two night Party Hire, why book a venue when you can have a party in your garden in one of our beautiful tents, you can even add an entertainer(extra cost) & let us look after entertaining your little ones. Includes TWO night hire (either set up Friday and pick up Monday or set up Sat am and pick up Monday) we suggest up to 8 children’s for the 3 metre tent, 12 children for 4 metre Bell Tent & up to 16 children in the 5 metre tent (seating only) Please adhere to restrictions on numbers at the time. Please note that these packages, do not Include our entertainers/Characters, we can include entertainment on request, please ask for the price and character/entertainer you wish.

All our Children's party tent packages Include, Bunting, Matting inside the tent, entrance mat. Fairy lights & welcome blackboard. Choose between our 3 metre, 4 metre or 5 metre Rainbow Tent, no bedding is provided with these packages, but can be added. We also have a 5 metre Heavy duty canvas beige tent, which can be used for £25 extra, if it isn’t booked for an overnight weekend stay.

in the comfort of your home! Low rustic picnic table, all tableware and lots of cosy cushions,

table runner, flower garlands, lanterns & rugs. we can create a unique boho vibe for

an afternoon of laughter with family or friends.

Why not add our beautiful white 6metre Gazebo to ensure you are dry from summer showers!

We can set it up and styled indoors or outdoors.

Celebrate your special occasion with a Teepee picnic package, these can be created for adults or children's special occasions. standard packages are for up to 8 guests, but we can accommodate up

to 16 people. We created your special occasions with 6ft high Teepee, cushions, luxury furnishing,

lanterns, tableware, we can even create that VIP package with red carpet, VIP roped barrier,

champagne bucket, flowers and plants.

These are can indoors or outdoors or book a 6metre white gazebo to ensure your outdoor picnic

can go ahead in the rain!
